SPIN FIT - Saddle up and enjoy an effective indoor cycling experience. Utilising our state of the art Watt Bikes, our instructors will have you guide you through a combination of hills, intervals & sprints, cycling towards a fitter you!
WATT BIKE - The wattbike offers the closest to riding a road bike, indoors. It is very different and far more advanced than your typical spin bikes. Watt bike classes cater for all levels of fitness & bike experience & will have you working up a sweat in no time.
KETTLE CLUB - From strengthening the key muscles of the lower body (glutes, hamstrings and quads) to challenging the muscles of the core and upper body (back, shoulders, forearms, triceps and biceps), kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength.
ZUMBA - Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!
