KETTLE CLUB - From strengthening the key muscles of the lower body (glutes, hamstrings and quads) to challenging the muscles of the core and upper body (back, shoulders, forearms, triceps and biceps), kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength.

ACTIVE RECOVERY - Recovery training session, aimed at reducing tension, soreness and stiffness whilst increasing mobility, stretching out the muscles and improving movement and coordination. All this using a range of functional movements, low intensity exercises and both dynamic and static stretches. 

STRONGMAN - World’s Strongest Man style training at Falmouth Sports Hub! This class consists of classic Strongman exercises such as the Log Press, Atlas Stones, Sled Dragging, Farmers Walks and many other odd object lifts that will challenge and develop full body strength and power. These workouts are meant to be tough and push you mentally just as much as physically so be prepared to work!

STEP - Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout! Up tempo - step on, around & off your step, to boost you heart rate & get those muscles working

LBT - A modern version of the classic legs, bums & tums workout, putting the areas we love to hate through their paces!

BOXFIT - A fun, action packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing. This interval style training class combines boxing with cardio exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increase overall fitness... also a great stress buster! Fast paced exercise with equipment and your bodyweight plus fighting drills to get you in octagon shape quick smart. No fighting experience required this class works all aspects of fitness including cardio, flexibility, power and endurance. 

COMBAT & CALM - A class with a unique mix of martial arts & boxing techniques, followed with a calming yoga finisher. Non-contact & no previous martial arts experience necessary.

PILATES - Working to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This class is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movement, developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
